Kanily Technologies LLP ("us", "we", or "our") operates this website and the Chips of Fury software application (the "Service").

Disclaimer
This software is for entertainment only. All gameplay on "Chips of Fury" uses virtual chips which have no real monetary value. Any exchange of real money based on the outcome of the game is done at your own risk. The user assumes full responsibility for respecting the laws/restrictions of your country/state (including international laws) or legal permission to play online poker.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product, feature or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address etc.
We do not store your credit card information.
- You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
- By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

The service is offered "as is" and provided with no warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors or defects.

We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to bugs, hacks, or other errors in the Service. You may use the Service at your own risk.
Refunds
In general, consumable in-app purchases are not refundable. Exceptions may apply, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, or your purchase did not go through as expected, please contact us.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time directly using the Google Play app or Settings app in Apple. If you want a refund for a subscription, please contact us. We will try on a best-effort basis to issue a refund.
